I'm lucky to have a great husband that cooks breakfast every Saturday morning, so crepes are served on a very regular basis. Favorite is homemade blueberry or butterscotch syrup (absolute favorite). Yummy...I think I'll have to make a request for tomorrow. :0)

We love crepes. We actually have two crepe pans. Jared is a pro. We make crepes for dinner instead of breakfast. My kids favorite dinner!! We slice ham, chicken, cheese or whatever we feel will be yummy at that time, or what we have on hand) in strips and use mayo down the middle of the crepe, add meat, cheese, roll it up and eat. Also we have puddings, whipped topping, cherry pie filling (or your fav) ice cream, again whatever strikes your fancy. We have it spread like a buffet, and our rule is one healthy to one dessert.
thanks for the idea to make it for breakfast. I can't wait for more great ideas. You're such a great mom.
